What is TOPSoccer?
A soccer program specifically for children ages 5 thru 18 with physical or mental special needs. Our aim is to provide a wonderful opportunity for children with special needs to learn about and have fun playing soccer while improving their self esteem, physical fitness levels and enhancing their socialization skills. TOP stands for The Outreach Program.

Who is the program affiliated with?
The Danville Soccer Club sponsors TOPSoccer and is affiliated with VYSA and USYSA. Herby & Cindy Hayes are the organizers of the program.

•	How does TOPSoccer work?
	Each child comes to the field Saturday morning with a parent and plays soccer with the assistance of a Buddy.
•	How are teams set up?
	Each Saturday morning, after a skills lesson and practice, teams are setup with the available children. This allows for different players each week. Each child plays in a manner that most suits him/her.
•	What is a Buddy?
	A Buddy is a person who stays with the player, assisting them and makes sure he/she has a good time.
•	How can I be a Buddy?

•	What is the cost?
	The registration fee is $15/player
•	What does the registration fee cover?
	Registration with VYSA, liability insurance and a uniform
•	Who pays the rest of the cost?
	The Danville Soccer Club through local sponsors and grants
•	When do the kids play?
	Saturday mornings from 9-10AM
•	How do I sign my child up?
	Check the coming events page of this website. Registration is the same time and place as for the Recreational League. Registration can also be accomplished, Mon. thru Fri, 8am-5pm.by contacting The Center For Pediatric Therapies @ 434-797-5531. You can leave a message 24 hours/day.
