Nov. Tourney in Charlotte

My review of the tournament:

Cost was $475 and since I haven't had to actually registered for a tournament in the past I don't know how that price compares to other prices.

This tournament is spread out to different field locations. We stayed at the Holiday Inn at exit 45A Harris Blvd (I 85 S), but actually played at
Ramblewood Park about 30 minutes out, off of I 77 S. Directions weren't
complicated to get to the field but you had to take interstate and battle traffic. Only port a johns were at our fields not the best for girls. The fields themselves were very nice.

Registration was at exit 49 - Concord Mills area. A traffic nightmare with shopping, restaurants, convenience markets, etc. but lots to do in the evening.

For U18 girls there were two division of 4 teams each. Several had some tough breaks with injuries and we had one team from our division drop out after game 2 due to injuries leaving them with only 10 players. We played a very competitive physical team for game 3 to win the tournament.

We didn't order t shirts. Although I did pick one up at registration and the logo was the same as on the website.

Overall I think it was a good tournament and seemed to be well organized.
The weather was perfect, always a plus.
